Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing and IT recruiting sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach to build a solid sales pipeline.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and grow revenue.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized staffing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through regular check-ins and by addressing concerns promptly.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to drive revenue.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the staffing and IT recruiting industries.
  • Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory changes that may affect business operations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve overall team performance.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development within the staffing and IT recruiting industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing and IT recruiting market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
