Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing and IT recruiting sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach to build a solid sales pipeline.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and grow revenue.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized staffing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through regular check-ins and by addressing concerns promptly.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to drive revenue.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the staffing and IT recruiting industries.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory changes that may affect business operations.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve overall team performance.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development within the staffing and IT recruiting industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the staffing and IT recruiting market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
