Magical Hire is seeking an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to support our IT recruitment efforts. In this role, you will manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring that we connect the best IT professionals with exciting opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to achieve successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Post job vacancies on job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video.
- Organize and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain a candidate database using recruitment software.
- Verify candidates’ qualifications and references.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Stay informed on recruitment best practices and IT industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment with end-to-end recruitment exposure.
- Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience conducting interviews via phone or online platforms.
